We're inspired by the Bounty of the Seasons and focus on comfort food that is seasonally inspired, sustainable and locally sourced. We believe that the Farm to Table experience benefits everyone from small farmers to our diners. We visit local produce auctions to purchase fresh fruits and produce, and buy from local farms as much as possible. Read all about it in the City Paper HERE. Our pita and pizza dough are made daily. We use fresh, pasture-fed beef. Our mozzarella, pickles, sauces, dressings and vinaigrettes are made from scratch. We follow these principles when we cater for you.
