We are committed to strengthening our community and believe that the farm to table experience is good for everyone from small farmers to our diners. We visit local farmer & produce markets weekly to purchase seasonal, fresh ingredients. Our pita, focaccia & pizza dough are made daily in house. All sauces, dressings & vinaigrettes are made from scratch. Our seafood is delivered daily. Our chicken is organic. We use fresh, never frozen beef. Our coffee is roasted locally in small batches. We serve triple filtered water (on request) that we filter in house. Our "take out" menus are available online. We purchase third party energy that uses wind energy and energy credits.
