Our breads and pizza dough are baked daily. Our chicken is organic. Our salmon is ocean-farmed. We use fresh, pasture fed beef. We make our mozzarella, pickles, sauces, dressings & vinaigrettes in house from scratch. We follow these principles to cater your special event.
